Pity the aging pumps are not as fast and productive as their newer counter parts, but it is only petrol after all. Staff are mainly friendly and always willing to help out when necessary. The shop is well stocked considering it's small size, so only has the real basics. Also has a car wash which often gets busy at the weekend.

Like everywhere in New Zealand, but still a pleasant surprise, they have a real espresso machine and make the coffee by hand. The store has a fairly small selection of food and beverages in coolers. As for the gas, there's are several pumps and no one seemed to have to wait. It's in the side of the road leaving the airport. It's right by treasure island mini golf, which is just before the butterfly garden, and is probably a useful stop for those who need to fill up before returning a rental car, and who may be hanging out at the activity places by the airport. Although the hours on the voucher state mon-friday 8-5, sat 9-12, I was told 4 (which is the earliest I can get there after work) wasn't possible and they never work saturdays.
