After getting several estimates to repair the damage the money from the insurance company didn't come close to cover the damage. One of the companies that came out to give us an estimate recommended Miller Public Adjusters. This was the first time we made a claim and we're unfamiliar with the process. Mitch from Miller Public adjusters came out and explained their process. Mitch was knowledgeable and personable. Not knowing what else to do we hired Miller Public adjusters. Mitch carefully documented all of the damage to our buildings which ended up being much more than what our insurance agency found. Mitch went toe to toe with the insurance agency and stuck with us through it all. After everything was done, we ended up settling with our insurance agency for over 10 times what they initially gave us. We are now able to repair all of the damage caused by the hail and could not have done it without Miller public adjusters. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Few years later (we continued using turbo tax) or return was way too low, something was wrong with turbo tax, so bright then in and got the right return amount. That was the last straw with using tax software, I'm going with millhouse from now on. The process has been easy as well, I just send in my tax info as it comes, they tell me what items to look for, give advice on how to get further deductions and keep more of my money with me through ira accounts and such. They had the documents prepared well in advance for our review via email, and it was no problem for the husband to sign a week early due to being out of town. But again, with the weird closing times! The buyer had requested an end of the month closing, so I'm sure they were super busy, but 7AM? Really? The only good news was that when the husband signed, they told me not to show up until 7:15 since I wouldn't be needed right away. Overall though, I was happy with the service we got from Assurance.
