This review is regarding Sonet G's. Review below. There are two sides to a story, it's very unfair when a customer can lie and not tell the truth of there wrong doing and expectations.
Sonet G. did not purchase a part from us online. Instead, she attempted to buy a firearm from another company and use GunGear as the transferring FFL. She contacted us by phone three times and sent four emails. As this was her first online firearm purchase, she requested that GunGear handle the ordering and purchasing on her behalf, then transfer the firearm to our location. We explained that this was not our procedure and provided detailed instructions on how to complete the transfer through the selling company. Four days later, we received her firearm, notified her of its arrival, and scheduled an appointment for her to complete the background check and pick up the firearm. However, Sonet G. arrived on the wrong day, during our scheduled closure for banking and postal services at 4:00 PM.
The following day, Sonet G. arrived several hours before her scheduled appointment without prior notice. She expressed frustration about arriving early and finding the store closed the previous day. I explained the situation and clarified the correct appointment time, as previously communicated by email. Due to other scheduled customers, I asked her to return at her appointment time. She then requested immediate service. I informed her that we could accommodate her request for a $35.00 fee to prioritize her transfer, or she could return at her scheduled time at no additional charge. She chose to pay the fee to complete the transfer that day.
We are still in business and thriving with many satisfied customers.
