I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing…read more I brought my son here for a physical because we were unable to get a timely appointment with his primary care physician. This was truly a last resort, and unfortunately, the visit did not meet even basic expectations. The wait time was excessive, especially for what should have been a straightforward visit. What made the experience even more frustrating was the customer service. When we walked in, the front desk staff did not acknowledge us or offer a simple greeting. Instead, they appeared to be engaged in personal conversations and laughing with one another while patients waited to be assisted. A small gesture like making eye contact or saying, "We'll be with you shortly," would have gone a long way. The overall atmosphere felt disorganized and unwelcoming. As a parent, when you are bringing your child in for medical care, you hope to feel that your time is valued and that the staff is focused on patient care. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. I understand that urgent care centers can become busy, and I try to be patient. However, professionalism, communication, and basic courtesy should remain a priority regardless of how busy the office is. Based on this visit, I cannot recommend this location, and I sincerely hope they improve both their customer service and the overall patient experience.

She is a super busy doctor and hence getting an immediate appointment would mean your stars are aligned well for that day. The front desk check in was easy and the staff who work here on the front desk and the nurses who take the preliminary checks do their jobs thorough and pretty well. The Doctor is super friendly and knowledgeable with pleasant bedside manners. She asks the right questions to take the conversation in a proper direction and listens to all the queries in a patient manner. The location has ample parking space and the doctor's office is located on the left side level 1 as you enter the building.
