It doesn't feel at all like some other offices where doctors only talk to you for 30 seconds and don't even listen to what you're saying. Dr. Xu is extremely warm and knowledgeable, and she really listens to what you have to say. Her staff is also very friendly and I'm always taken in for my appointment on time.
