I did my food hygiene certificate through Rutledge and always found there staff patient and encouraging especially as I was still involved in full time education when they trained me. There is a common misconception that recruitment agencies will take money off your wages if (or should I say when) they find you employment but I can assure you that Grafton Recruitment only charge the company they are employing for. All in all they are a good recruitment agency but my one criticism is that they are often slow in getting back to their clients. But when you least expect it they will call you.

We sent a message asking why the girls weren't here and we got no reply on messenger or via text. Very unprofessional and rude after having business for so long. No reason to what happened. So unexpected and sudden. A message would suffice instead of ignoring all the messages rudely.
