We met our Lawyer, Ryan about 15 minutes before court started, but that wasn't a problem because we had gotten any questions answered previously in emails by his assistants. They helped us with getting new birth certificates from North Carolina and really took care of all the hard stuff! I would recommend them for adoption attorneys!

They treated the cases as routine and didn't talk to the client before court. Gave the impression how the plea and abeyance would take into an account certain circumstances which is not how it worked. The client would have been served just as well by a public defender. I also believe that because they didn't file paperwork on time there was a warrant for arrest in play until it was done. Very disappointed in the level of service. Most people who need an attorney don't know how legal system works and therefore need a little more guidance to the process. We did not get this.

Communication was poor, time management from Mr Stolz is non existent, instead of supporting my request, Mr Stolz moved toward filing a court claim that would of cost hundreds of $$. I terminated on 1.17.2022 without receiving the requested letter and being charged almost $2000, that included a free consultation, fee for using PayPal (against UT consumer protection laws), overcharging for communication that was 75% me asking when I would get my letter. I recommend you find a lawyer that doesn't yell at you, doesn't add to your contract changing the original intent, doesn't wait until you terminated to provide billing, doesn't charge fees that are against rules. Beware.

Attached to that in 2022 they sent me another letter that they would audit 2020 & 2021 in the end I had not finished with 2016 & 17 and I already had 2020 & 21 to audit. The total was approximately $1,500,000. It was tragically hard to be able to live like this. The most important thing that could happen to me was finding Mike and Janna. They helped me throughout the entire process. It was incredible that after 4 years letters from the IRS started arriving with happy resolutions for me. To cut a long story short, I only paid 1.4% of everything the IRS said I owed. If you are in trouble with the IRS, do not hesitate to call them, they will help you.
