When it comes to this variety of noodles, I've spent years living in Asia and Max's brought be back to one of my favorite hawker centers. They make the noodles right in front of you. The broth, the beef, the spice.... perfection. Just for fun, I added a Fanta to my meal and then begged for another hit of noodles, which they will do, if you ate the type of person to finish them before consuming the broth, which is the correct way to eat Chinese noodles.

We came across it on our first night and went back at least 2 more times on our stay. Everything we tried was great and even for it being such a busy season we had great service and while packed didn't feel overwhelming or crowded. From current reviews it sounds like they may have switched to a digital menu but we had a paper one when we were there. Seriously can't wait to go back and hopefully it's as good as we remember.
