They replaced the door in a timely fashion. I ordered a sofa, and the cushions went kind of flat, and they replaced the cushions. I have ordered a lot of furniture for several rooms and had no problems. I continually get compliments on the items I have purchased from McQueens. Their free design service has saved me tons!
