Any spa or massage therapist I've visited has been very professional regarding being quiet and focusing on relaxation. I'd like to see more professionalism from the staff here!!!!! I've smelled smoke on the staff too which is gross when you are receiving a spa service.

When my wife went back again no exam only him saying it was nothing he did. then when he mentioned maybe she would need surgery and she said 'you are not touching me again we were showed the door so quick it was like being transported.I have my self had hip replacements and back surgery and have been to other pain clinics and this is without a doubt the worst i have seen. Extremely long wait despite appointment…read more I made an appointment for 12:00 PM and arrived early at 11:45 AM. It's now 1:00 PM, and I still haven't been seen--just sitting and waiting for a simple TB test. What's the point of making an appointment if you're still waiting over an hour past your scheduled time? Time is valuable, and this feels really inconsiderate and inefficient. Very disappointed with the lack of urgency or communication.

Each time I have to go through the call menu again and give all my info again to the desk. Then I am usually told that someone will call me back. They call when I am at work. Wash, rinse, repeat.
