When my wife went back again no exam only him saying it was nothing he did. then when he mentioned maybe she would need surgery and she said 'you are not touching me again we were showed the door so quick it was like being transported.I have my self had hip replacements and back surgery and have been to other pain clinics and this is without a doubt the worst i have seen. It's now 1:00 PM, and I still haven't been seen--just sitting and waiting for a simple TB test. What's the point of making an appointment if you're still waiting over an hour past your scheduled time? Time is valuable, and this feels really inconsiderate and inefficient. Very disappointed with the lack of urgency or communication.

My last appointment was canceled three days before my appointment due to wanting holiday time which I get but more than three days warning is unacceptable when this appointment was scheduled 6 months in advance. And this isn't the first time doing it me. I had been for every appointment I have had except the very first visit. Speaking with the secretary staff I am not the only patient she is doing this too. There are countless others. My glipazide was up and I needed a refill for. She won't re-prescribe it to me because she hasn't seen me in a year which is a lie. I have had multiple visits with her through virtual visits. After three phone calls today back and forth with the endocrinology department she so kindly gave me 1 month refill which won't last me till getting a new endocrinologist which are booking to the end of may. If you value your kidneys, stay away from Sahzene Yavuz. She works in Sayre PA and Bigflats/corning NY
