The actual install time was impressive -- a two-man crew completed my 288 feet of gutters in one day, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall experience left me frustrated. From the beginning, communication was inconsistent. My sales rep was late to the estimate appointment with the schedule that kept getting pushed back. While he did offer a discount for the inconvenience, the pricing was still higher than other quotes I received, but I chose this company because I trusted the professionalism and quality they advertised. The finished product had several details that felt rushed or poorly thought out. Some downspouts looked awkward and out of place, extending over sidewalks or into flower beds in ways that didn't seem properly planned. To the crew's credit, when I pointed issues out they did make adjustments, but I felt like I had to constantly micromanage the project to get things corrected instead of things being done right the first time. One of my biggest frustrations was the lack of communication during the install. Decisions were made on parts of the project that were never discussed with me beforehand. I did speak with the sales rep afterward about my concerns, but getting clear answers and resolutions felt like pulling teeth. There also was never any final walkthrough after completion. I found metal scraps and debris throughout my driveway and yard afterward, which was disappointing and could have caused damage or injury if I hadn't cleaned it up myself with a magnet. Overall, the gutters function, and there were parts of the experience that were positive, but for the price paid and the reputation of the company, I expected much better communication, attention to detail, and professionalism from start to finish.

I hired Legacy on the recommendation of a relative who works in the building trades. Had I seen these reviews, I would not have. After contracting with them I can only say that they are by far the worst company I have ever worked with. The project was installing two doors, and three keyless locks and two kitchen windows. The work was to be completed soon after the two weeks they promised the windows would take, and all within one day. Six weeks and the better part of three days later the work was completed. The only thing that saved the day was Jeff, the onsite project manager. He had to fix everything the two inexperienced and incompetent installers did. They were supposed to start on Tuesday 5/30 at 8 am. I called at 9:30 because they had not arrived or called me, and was told they ran into some trouble on another job. I doubt that they would have told me had I not called. They arrived at 2 pm and quit at 4:30 pm, having finished nothing. They did not have both doors and the one they did bring was damaged so it took another day to find two acceptable doors, even thought they said they would reserve doors and locks the day I gave them the deposit. The doors they did install were dirty as were the windows. The work was done in two apartments in a duplex that I own. I have had bathrooms remodeled, new water heaters, new floors, new washers and dryers, new refrigerators, an upright freezer and furniture delivered and installed. None of this was ever brought into my home dirty. They did not even take the stickers off the doors and windows and clean off the goop. Jeff had to comeback Wednesday and Thursday to FIX EVERYTHING from the inside trim to the exterior caulking, paint the exterior trim, and clean everything. I politely asked for a discount for all the delays and problems with the project and was declined. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!

They installed a electric fireplace, they built the frame for the bump out. But they did not secure it from the dry wall dust. The fireplace fried within 5 minutes from the dust that had went inside when addressing this Jeremy said not our issue. They also put in alot of cabinets that were damaged in our kitchen still not resolved. Very very bad customer service. We have a windowsill they installed that does not have a pitch that allows the water to run off. Still not fixed would not recommend this company.

I called and asked them to either remove the rear board or place one under the front the next time they were in the area. They said the time span had been too long, the boat sat on the lift for one season. Had I requested the rear board, it would have been my fault but they put it in on their own accord without leveling it out with a front board.
