When I told her our countertops were scraping off with only a fingernail she blamed us. Made up crazy things like our kids must be taking knives to the countertops. Even though I showed her that all you have to do is press your finger nail into the paint and it just scrapes off. I asked her for some help with what to put on them to keep them from scraping and she sent me an email full of lies about how it was our fault and blah blah blah.
