I was quite nervous about repair cost and replacing this old toilet due to recent experience with a different plumbing company I will refer to as Thorns and Brooms. ( people listen do not ever use this excessively overpriced company!!) I called Burton feeling anxious.. Jordan showed up at my home quickly assessed leaky wax ring with no need for prior mentioned possible diagnostic charge. He was back the next morning with a nice new toilet ( because I wanted to replace the old one anyway which he agreed was a good decision). He brought an apprentice plumber he oversaw who did great work. They were in and out in about an hour. No mess nothing to clean up..everything clean like they'd never been here! I'm going to ad here that the cost for this was not much more than Thorns and Brooms recently charged me for replacing a bathtub spout which only needed to be changed because the shower diverter was old and not functioning well.
