They have billed me using an incorrect code (e.g. for a 45-min "complex" follow up visit when it was really a 10-min check-up), and twice tried to double bill for something that was already included in another code. The doctors are good, the surgeons are skilled, you'll get good care, etc. But the billing office will fleece you if you don't thoroughly check every bill you get.

Post op I had a long course of physical therapy on my right hand. The PT department are very specialized in working with the intricate movements of the hands and fingers. My friend told me that Scott's approach was unlike most other therapists she's seen (unfortunately, she's require a lot of PT over the years so she's kind of an expert) and she urged me to give Scott a call and get a free consultation. I'm glad I did. I'm making progress in gradual important steps and I credit Scott and his staff for their skill, knowledge and support. Scott has assistants who help him and they are well versed in what he is doing. The place is new with a lot of space and a wide range of equipment. I'm glad I listened to my friend.
