Within an hour while I was having a cuppa a video was produced going over the car and with an honest assessment that nothing was required that day. I turned down the offer of a car wash and was on my way, exactly how dealers and manufacturers should be when wanting to retain loyal customers. I called several other reputable garages to find out the price i had been quoted was over double than anyone else's! I then went into the garage to find out not only had they no answer for the extortionate price but to find my car in bits all over there garage with no respect, a mechanic then enlightened me they had actually snapped part of my vehicle in this process (JUST FOR A DIAGNOSTIC) I had not given them permission let alone the go ahead for the job, needless to say i WONT BE GOING BACK !!! The car is in excellent condition, the sales manager was knowledgeable, extremely helpful and not pushy at all and he went out of his way to accommodate my requirements. I'm delighted with the car and the customer service I received. I feel I have a great car at a great price. I viewed one of their cars in November 2015 and they didn't like being asked questions at all. I simply asked standard questions i.e. if the car I was interested in had been HPI checked and was abruptly told yes all their cars are HPI checked, however because of the shifty and quite frankly rude attitude when speaking to them I felt something wasn't right (the car had already been there for many months without being reduced) so I asked a mechanic to look at the car for me and he believed the car to have previously had considerable front end damage so maybe not HPI checked after all? Also see snippet below from an article in Birmingham Evening Mail in 1999. Needless to say I didn't buy this car and it is still sat on their forecourt for some unsuspecting person to buy. They obviously think the consumer to be stupid. I started with MOT's great service Dave does a 1st class job and is very diligent in his inspections. Since 2020 joining them is Ryan, a top notch guy very friendly and helpful accomadating the customer with great satisfaction. My car needed some work after the MOT, Ryan booked it in at the earliest convience and my car was back o the road in no time. They are a good garage with honest pricing and great workmanship.
