Their staff kept the buffet moving efficiently and provided excellent service to our guests. The front office is full of barking, yelping little dogs; to the point you can't talk. Outside are two cats who appear to have mange (owned by the owners). The rooms? Initially the screen door locked me out for no reason and the owner makes no apologies. The carpets smell like saturated wet dog, there's cobwebs everywhere, TV and barking dog blares in your room from the neighbor next door, the shower and shower curtain were completely dirty/muddy and full of soap scum. There was white crap (maybe just dog slobber?) spewed all over the brown blanket on the bed. Honestly, it WAS that bad!! The owners were completely rude when I politely asked for something cleaner, telling me to get a refund. (I guess the answer was "no, they couldn't accommodate). The only good thing was that I got 1/2 the money back. Insanely awful!!!
