We received numerous compliments throughout the evening about the quality of the meal and how smoothly everything was handled. Their staff kept the buffet moving efficiently and provided excellent service to our guests. Planning a wedding for over 200 guests can be stressful, but Central Michigan Catering made the catering portion easy. They were organized, dependable, and delivered what they promised. This is a beautiful Victorian home and is decorated with that era in mind. We were on the third floor in a quaint room with a private bath and a balcony overlooking the common area. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had an electric fireplace for ambiance - such a nice touch. We were greeted by a very nice young man with enthusiasm and pleasantness. The morning gourmet breakfast was outstanding and served with fine china, gold tone flatware and linen napkins. This is a first-class bed and breakfast! I would definitely return and recommend to friends and family for a most enjoyable experience.

They had put some in the warmer 10 min or so before filling ours and a couple other orders but were still using fresh until they saw that the ones in warmer were going to "time out" in a few min. So when they put them in the bag we asked and were told yes they were fresh. So you didn't pull them from warmer and these came from oven? Well no but they are still good for a few minutes.
