So I called for an appointment and they were able to get me in a reasonable amount of time and my stylist would be Michaela. As I was driving around looking for the place the sign is a little hard to see but it is in the same building as the George's Pharmacy in Batesville. The shop is nice and spacious and she told me about 15 people work there. I was greeted as I walked in and Michaela came to the front and got me and took me back to the fair. After some discussion we decided that lowlights would be best and that it would be low maintenance and that was exactly what I was looking for! I also had her cut a couple inches off of my hair. I had a very good experience in the shop and everyone was nice and if anybody's looking for someone to do a good job on their hair they can reach out and request Michaela.

I am always comfortable around her and she's super helpful when I have questions. The first time I was here I got a facial. It was amazing, very relaxing and much needed after a late night the day before! Amber was great about talking me through each step, letting me know when she was putting the steam on me or if the towels were hot, and informing about the different products she was using. I look forward to getting another one soon! The past two visits I have gone in to get my brows waxed and for a lash lift and tint. I've always been pleased with the outcome, my lashes hold the lift very well, and she does great ensuring my brows are even. They offer an excellent variety of services and products. The place is always clean. They provide blankets to keep you warm while getting a massage or service that requires you to lay for an extended time. I highly recommended checking them out!

Dr. CJ noted a suspicious mole on her back which proved to be precancerous. We were so grateful and my daughter as been extra careful ever since. I see Dr. CJ annually and she has needed to biopsy a few things on me and has give me very good advice. My husband is also going to start seeing her annually. I have never spent $400 to be treated like the scum of the earth. I bought a Groupon a month ago, and was not able to use it because my mom bought one a year and three months ago. She gave it to me for my birthday- LAST year. Dawn told me because I used it I couldn't use the one I purchased. Allow me to say, I confirmed my Groupon TWICE before coming to my appointment. I was told I was fine to use it. When I told Dawn this, she said the receptionist was new and didn't know the policies. As if that was my fault. While she explained this to me, she was condescending and abrasive and embarrassed me in front of the other clients. I cannot believe I was treated so poorly. I would advice EVERYONE to take your business elsewhere. Unless you like to be humiliated and taken advantage of and robbed of your money. Awful, terrible experience.

The Indpls office staff (at least the ones who I've come across over the phone and a few in person) could've gotten this review one star. I am often met with rude, dismissed, sarcastic staff when trying to ask simple questions. As of this moment (and after a winter storm) my appointment yesterday was missed as the office was unexpectedly closed and remains closed today. For context - when confirming my appt on Friday I asked the young lady did she think the weather might pose an issue for my upcoming appt. I was taken aback when her response was - I DIDN'T CALL YOU ABOUT THE WEATHER. To which I had to school the rude tot with HAVE YOU LOOKED AT THE WEATHER forecast? It's supposed to be bad out! Needless to say I made it to my appt and obviously the office staff did not. I feel a weather cancellation/postponement notice should've been sent out. Anna Jane was amazing, the scalp massage was relaxing and the products provided great aromatherapy. She spent 40+ minutes massaging my scalp, washing and conditioning my hair. The last 20 minutes were spent drying and styling. I highly recommend this Salon, Anna Jane and this service!
