This is an institution that is run by corporate greed. My wife had a cyst on her head that she…read moreneeded taken out. We had to make an appointment a month in advance just to be examined. We told them we were self-pay from the start. We were in the doctor's office for about 10 minutes, and later, we found out that we were charged $220 for that initial visit, which is 3-4 times MORE than other medical institutions we've been to. We asked for estimates before we agreed to the appointment, but no one would give us one. Now we know why. It's part of the trap. They scheduled us a week later for cyst removal. The cyst removal process took about 30 minutes. It was simple, and the doctor said as much. Numbed, cyst out, three stitches, and done. I took the stitches out myself a week later. We then got a bill in the mail for $3700!! That was in addition to lab tests that we did NOT order, that they claimed they had to do by law. They did not give us what law that was (I still don't know the statute), and then said we had no choice but to pay it because that was part of the contract we signed. (Hint: You don't need a contract to seal it if it's by law.) They wanted to charge us a total of over $4,000 for about a total of about 40 minutes of time in the office. You do the math. It comes out to almost $1.65 a second. We had to fight, trying to hunt down person after person, to get to the right person to help us, and after all the phone calls, they lessened the charges (because they all knew it was a scam), but in total, we still had to pay over $1100 for this very simple procedure that should have costed less than half that. The receptionists, assistants, and physicians that we spoke to ALL KNEW what the company was going to do to us. The doctor wouldn't even look me in the eye when I talked to her about the costs before we got the bill. I thought that was a little weird, and now I know why she couldn't look at me. NO ONE warned us. NO ONE gave us an estimate. This is part of the scam. And to all those doctors, nurses, and receptionists: If you think you are going to stand before God on the day of judgment and say, "I was just doing my job," it won't be an excuse. You are going to have to give account to your accessory in scamming the poor. To all readers, if you don't want to be scammed, then stay away from this place. Go find a private practice that is privately owned, and support local physicians that uphold their oaths.

After completing all six sessions, I have maybe 30% reduction at best -- a little light thinning on the sides of my legs, but no noticeable results overall. I left an honest Google review explaining my experience. The business publicly responded asking me to reach out so we could "work toward a solution." I did exactly that -- I emailed them politely and respectfully, hoping to resolve things privately. Instead, their reply blamed me entirely, offered no solution or compensation, and ended by telling me they were no longer willing to provide me with any services simply because I complained. I have full documentation of all email communication showing that I remained professional throughout, and that their "we'd like to make it right" response on Google was simply for appearance's sake. Their customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and honestly insulting. I would strongly caution others to think twice before spending thousands of dollars here. They promise results they don't deliver, and once you express any concern, they completely turn their back on you!
