It doesn't sound like much but it makes me feel better knowing this because I know they are looking out for me and making sure that my meds aren't going to cause any issues with me. They value my time and that is a big deal to me. The family atmosphere is exceptional. I get calls on my birthday and to remind me that my meds are ready to refill. They have a delivery service however I don't use it. I know it's a Godsend for their elderly customers. You are a person and not a number here and that means something. Ryan and his team and second to none in caring and service. They don't have the hours of the bigger pharmacy's but being cared about is more important....it is to me and my family. Apparently a new manager took over and these…read morepeople cannot figure out any kind of problems and if you call for a delivery don't expect it on time . If your life depends on medicine from them don't accept their delivery because they will leave you hanging and tell you all kinds of excuses as to why they can't deliver your medicine . The first time it happened my mom had just been discharged and needed her fluid pills they waited 48 hours for delivery because the doctor prescribed a 40 mg pill and all they had was a 20 . They were unable to contact the doctor and I had to contact the doctor to resolve it . The second time they left me down I called for laxatives which my mom needed desperately deliver to her house . That was 7 days ago I was surprised to find out they never were delivered and called them back and left a message last night. Still no laxatives their excuse was it wasn't prescribed so it wasn't that important , followed by we don't know who you talk to there's so many employees here, and their ultimate excuses their deliveries are made by a third party company that resides next door and it's out of their control which is what the real problem is with this Pharmacy . If you want something that's not life saving it might be great to use them to have it delivered but don't rely on them to deliver life saving medicine when you need it because they will let you down .

They had everything we needed and the prescription was ready with no issues. My parents have sworn by this local pharmacy and Keith/staff here for their medication needs for years, and I can see why. When my father had surgery in the past and as soon as we knew the new roster of medications from that point on, the pharmacy made his new premade a.m./p.m. daily packets of his meds on the correct schedule as soon as the information/new prescriptions were available.
