In 2017 I met Ana and encouraged my mom to hire her because she seemed capable and kind. We paid her close to $1,000 in 2017 and what did we get in return? Nothing. Her paper work wasn't accepted by the judge in court and the she never gave my mom her final Will paper. I have on multiple occasions reached out to her and told her she still owes my mom her will. She claims to never have worked on her will which was wrong because she had printed and I saw the paperwork. My mom asked for some changes and she said she would be back to pick them up but it never happened. I have the receipts which showed we paid her for the legal services. I did my divorce here and I did it all through email, text or mail. I loved that I had that option because she is located about an hour away. She always answered my text messages and was very nice. She also let me do a payment plan because I couldn't pay everything on the spot. I highly recommend this place. We gave Ana my mom's case for family reunion and this was the wrongest move we've ever done. Doesn't follow up, delays the case, pretends to be always super busy but her work performance doesn't quite match with her image. The only time she seemed to be nice was from the beginning of the case. She made few crucial mistakes, which delayed our case for almost a year. Finally, she even avoided her responsibilities, so we could assign our case to somebody else. I highly recommend Elizabeth as well, should you also need an attorney. Initially, I tried completecase.com for my personal matter involving family law. My forms were getting rejected by the court for errors and it was getting costly and wasting time. So, I took what I had to Ana, she reworked my forms and got them submitted properly, they were all accepted on the first submittal after that. Ana and Elizabeth made everything much easier. There are a lot of forms for family law matters, and I highly recommend that you try GPS so that you don't go down a rabbit hole of rejections from the court. The rejection messages that you receive from the court are not clear and do not provide instructions on how to remedy. Ana is a very kind and sweet person but I would not recommend her because of negligence on our case. We filed for paperwork for my husbands visa with her in July 2017, we left the US to attend his sister wedding and upon returning he was denied entry. We asked Ana many many times if it will be ok to leave and she said "yes". I now understand that she is just a paralegal but if she would have said "I don't know" or "I'm not sure" we would have got the right answer and my husband would still be here with me.
