Located where Zellers used to be beside Hudson's Bay at Centrepoint right on Steeles and Yonge…read more This place is HUGE! It takes you to a full vacation-like feel. At the entrance you are greeted with staff to sign a waiver on the iPad. Then you have to "check-in" where you purchase your tokens and playground pass if you like. For kids they give them a bracelet and put a parent's phone number in case which is a huge plus! For tokens you can purchase them more inside instead of at the check-in counter. The claw machine tokens are separate though so you'll have to purchase them inside. Once you receive your boarding pass, you give them to the staff there who says "Enjoy your vacation" and go through a mini security. I didn't get many pics because we were honestly too excited and just in awe. After security you go up the escalators and you've entered vacation! It's honestly incredible inside from arcades, to restaurants, darts, VR, golf, baseball, and so many more! They even have a mini store there with snacks, drinks, etc! Just a lot of things. We will come back! It's just amazing here. Gotta take more pics as well this time around. My kids loved it so much. They spent hours at the playground and want to come back again the next day!

It is one huge room with 4 levels of play where they can climb to different levels, like in a jungle. Socks must be worn in the play areas. They cater to children of all ages. There are multiple slides, tunnels, a ball pit, obstacle courses, and a trampoline. At the back there is a soccer area. There are 4 small party rooms for food and cakes. They provide pizza for your parties. There is a snack area and large seating area with a TV (usually showing an aquarium scene). Entry prices range from $8 to $15 depending on age. There are 2 free adult entries per paying child. They have free WiFi. The washroom have little slippers for the children to wear (since they are in socks) but the adults don't have slippers.

I asked them for an exception, and I know it is an exception, I would have been more understanding if they were being reasonable, more logical, empathetic, and not rude. But, bad customer service sours the full scenario whether it was a yes or no. I told them you are losing business and their response was "actually we are not", clearly they do not care about my business - their policy is inconvenient and I am going to Playtopia next, amazing customer service and cheaper actually. I hope you keep getting business but better your customer service!

Parking is fairly easy and the facility is accessible although some exhibits are not. Also, when we visited some of the exhibits were not functioning. The exhibits that were working were therapeutic for adults and fun for kids. The pictures accurately depict what you're going to see. IG photo stations are available for that perfect viral photo. There is something for everyone. For my infant daughter is lulled her into a deep sleep. For my son, it gave him lots of fun adventures and for the adults, I wish they has a spa that incorporated some of those elements (that's how relaxed I felt). I don't know how long the exhibit will be in the city; however, definitely worth a visit.

The place is huge, and they have coat check for a fee. Tickets were pretty expensive for what was offered. Only thing my children enjoyed was the bubble pit and the sea of balloon filled room. More for IG pictures and to take your date to. On the other half of the building are dinosaurs themed. Other than the expensive tickets for admission, everything else came with a price tag. Came here once, wouldn't come back again.

I hosted my son's 4th birthday here. I didn't hear about it from a friend or even search Yelp.ca (I…read moreknow, shame on me) I google-mapped and called each and every place in Vaughan and compared all the prices, ALL the prices. Most places are either too tiny or too big and shared with the public or other parties. Then there's the issue of "adults must pay" which I think is just bogus. The odd parent jumps into the bouncy castle to ensure their toddler doesn't get trampled on by their cousins, to make adults pay is in my personal opinion just preposterous. Most people hosting these parties are forced to invite their kids' friends and rush the entire experience from beginning to end with no interaction from extended family.. (grand parents, uncles, aunts) because you have a total of 15 of your favorite adults to invite... Like I said, BOGUS. This place has everything you need and at the most competitive pricing. Maria (owner) is a delight to work with! Such friendly staff and always very accommodating. Yes, you still have to rush unless you opt for extra hours above the 2hr in package, but you can bring your own food (nut free s'il-vous plait!) and as many adults as you can conjure up. The play area is ALL yours, in fact the entire facility is ALL yours for a private 2hr party! Now the real question is, why are there only 2 reviews and how does the rest of Vaughan's parents not know about this amazing place? I have told my family and friends, handed out flyers for J&Gs and now written this review. When business starts exploding I just hope they will keep their AMAZING pricing! (Cause its only a matter of time) Also- my last visit there was for my BFF's daughter's birthday party in March. (They live in Markham and drove all the way to Woodbridge cause this place is that great) As a mom, I thoroughly enjoyed it because my kids LOVE this place!

Strictly Based on a birthday experience. We felt it was very…read moreunorganized. Unhygienic, with a terrible smell and terribly rushed with no help from the staff! From the get go there was no party host (staff) to help, affiliated with the location. No one to help the party host do a proper set up, no one to help serve and no one to help clean. We had the guests carrying tables and chairs, setting up, serving and cleaning, etc. The parents are not allowed to enter the gym to see their children during the party and or take proper pictures, only at the every end(although we were the only party) and were asked to look through the window, however most of the time our children were in an area which could not be seen. The coaches were young kids who unfortunately didn't have the best of attitudes. The event consisted of 1 hour play and 30 minutes to eat and serve the main food, drinks and dessert and loot bags and clean up However they don't take into consideration the number of guests (16 kids)and only provided 1 table where in Fact we barely squeezed everyone inn when we got the 2nd table together and a 3rd table to place all the food and cutlery. After their 1 hour in the gym all the kids had to go wash up and change back into their street clothes, socks and shoes, mind you - only 1 bathroom with only 1 sink is available in each change room, so that definitely took into our party time! As we were serving the cake in racing mode, the kids who were working their had approached the host on multiple occasions and began to rush her. Seeing as though we were all trying to help and rush, the serving, the eating, and kicking everyone out when we barely had a chance to hand out the loot bags! We had a few words with them explaining this is not enough time and we're doing our best to manage! No one is sitting down and resting- we were all hustling to get the children fed and it would be nice if the employees were there to help! (They claimed they did help - which in fact no one was seen there except for the end when they were trying to get everyone to leave!) Also there was no party or anyone else after us! I can't make a statement on the school itself, but the party itself was terribly unorganized and rushed for the poor host! In the end of the party they gave out coupons to promote their birthday party packages and discounts/ for families who attended and to return- NO ONE was interested. For obvious reasons. We all felt terribly bad for the host as she felt stressed and rushed the whole entire time. The parents who remained at the party mentioned they have seen this happen at another event, and everyone tried to help as much as possible. But a birthday should not be this stressful for the host and rushed with no help from the even on site (especially when you pay money to ENJOY a celebration ) - staff should be more involved and helpful! As most birthdays include a party host and helpers! The facility also smells terrible and we don't feel it is hygienic due to the high level of body odours. We do not recommend this place for a birthday party what so ever. The management should be aware, and more involved and hopefully make changes if they'd like to succeed with parties.
