Great place to get my daughter out of the house! They have a toddler time on Tuesday mornings dedicated to toddlers only and it's great that everyone around is in that age group and not too many older kids. They have different sections and it's huge so a lot of kids can play. I usually coordinate with my mom friends so all our kids can play together and we can catch up and hang out. Price is $10 a class for the toddler time but if you get a punchcard and buy 10 classes in advance it's 7.50 a class (note the prepay 10 classes expire in 3months though). Overall the kids love this place and it's convenient!

Toddler Tuesday is pretty awesome. I brought my kids here to burn off some energy and the humongous gym was great for that. There's a section that has a slide and aimed for small toddlers with toys and beams. Even though there was a variety of ages there, the kids helped themselves with exploring the other parts of the gym, which included a bounce house, trampolines, and mats to play on. There were classes going on for the older kids (5 and up) and they didn't seem to mind the younger ones running around during the session. I can't speak for the classes, but I'm sure they have different ones to choose from whether you're a toddler or adult. The toddler play was enough for me...lol! It was a zoo trying to find the place. I had to call and stay on the phone with the lady to pinpoint it. It's in the Shadowood Shopping Center on Glades and 441 behind Best Buy. There are no signs indicating where to go and it would help a lot for anybody new if they did that. Other than that, it was worth going and having fun for a couple hours.

Great place for summer camp, absolutely very creative and dividing groups with the different activities daily is great.

For one, its huge, and there is plenty of space to move around. Even when it gets crowded, you will not be waiting long and have space to move around. The place is clean, the owners and staff are very nice, and the prices for open-gym are very reasonable. My son has been here twice and loves this place. He took a parkour class and really liked it, but also likes the open-gym. The parkour area is in the back of the gym, and has a lot of elements to practice on. They even have 12' and 14' warped wall, in case you are thinking of trying out for American Ninja Warrior :) If you are looking for a place for gymnastics or parkour, I would check this place out. Solid 4 stars for the facility, staff, and prices.

I also noticed the instructor grabbing her by the arm to move her around kind of aggressively. She's 3 years old... Coach generally seemed tired and disengaged with all of the children. If you don't like teaching toddlers then don't work with them? There were only three kids in the class, so I expected much more individual attention and encouragement. The class consisted of three young Black girls and there's only one coach for the toddlers classes and she's white and genuinely seems like she can care less about the kids actually learning gymnastics. The whole experience felt very hectic, and unfortunately, I left extremely disappointed. I will not be returning.

My 1st experience was walking in (not being greeted), seeing a man with a mouthful of a burger answering my question (since I wasn't even acknowledged). He was not friendly, didn't introduce himself despite finding out he was my son's coach. Didn't seem happy to be there at all (prior to and during my son's class). Looked miserable, didn't demonstrate anything to the kids. He also never introduced himself to my son when the class started. After telling someone who worked there, my experience- she didn't seem to care at all- did nothing. Very disappointed, I was hopeful this gym had so much potential.... It's all in the people who run them which will allow them to survive or not. I'd suggest anyone go to any other gym and have a far better experience.

Incredible Experience at NTS Gymnastics!…read more We couldn't be happier with our experience at NTS! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and supported. The coaches here are truly exceptional--each one brings their own unique strength, and together they create an environment that is positive, disciplined, and full of joy. Our daughter Samantha absolutely loves coming to practice. She has grown tremendously in confidence, strength, and technique since joining. A special shoutout to Coach Lidia--she is by far the sweetest and most dedicated coach we've ever met. Her warmth make a world of difference, and Samy lights up whenever she talks about her.Another highlight Samy looks forward to? The Zumba minutes with coach Lidia, bring so much energy and fun to the gym--we definitely need more of this kind of joyful movement built into practice! Coach Gianmarco always brings enthusiasm to the floor, making every session engaging and exciting. His dedication and positivity are truly inspiring. Coach Jin impresses us with his sharp focus--he has his eyes on every athlete, constantly giving corrections and encouraging each gymnast to reach their full potential. Coach Didier--his calm yet motivating approach brings balance and confidence to the athletes. He knows exactly how to challenge the kids in a supportive way, and his technical expertise truly shows in how much the gymnasts improve under his guidance. And we can't forget Coach Martina--she brings a fire and passion that's contagious. You can tell she pours her heart into coaching and truly wants the girls to shine. The facility itself is always clean, well-equipped, and run with care and professionalism. Communication is clear, and it's obvious that every coach here genuinely cares about each child's development--not just as athletes, but as individuals. We are beyond grateful to be part of the NTS family. It's not just a gym--it's a place where confidence, discipline, and dreams are built. Highly, highly recommend!

The front desk staff was incredibly rude, which is highly disappointing for a potential new customer. Furthermore, the coaches and staff looked completely unprofessional and miserable--several were walking around eating bags of chips with big attitudes. As a full-time working mom of four athletes who prioritizes health and fitness, I expect a standard of care and professionalism that this place simply does not provide. I would not recommend leaving your children here.

1 Star -- Extremely Disappointed After 6 Years as YMCA Members…read more Unfortunately, after what happened today, we decided to cancel our YMCA membership and our children's swimming lessons. We have been YMCA members for six years. We have used this facility regularly, our children have taken swimming lessons here, and we have invested a lot of time and money into this membership. That is why today's experience was especially disappointing. I have already left a negative review about this YMCA, but today's situation honestly went beyond what I consider acceptable. This morning, I came to the YMCA for my workout. Around 11:00 AM, as I was leaving, I noticed an older woman in a white car trying to park next to my vehicle. There was no actual parking space available, and she was trying to squeeze into the area between the designated parking spaces. I didn't pay much attention at the time because I was in a hurry to pick up my daughter from daycare. After picking up my children, I returned to my car and discovered significant scratches on the plastic part of my vehicle. The damage was large enough that the paint had been completely scraped off. I immediately went back to the YMCA, hoping they could check their security cameras and possibly help identify the person responsible. Instead, I was told that they could not review the cameras themselves and that I needed to call the police. I was told that they would review the footage only if the police requested it. We called the police. An officer came and documented the incident. However, he did not even go inside the YMCA to review or request the camera footage. He simply explained that cameras of this type are often not clear enough to identify a license plate or a person's face. What I found especially frustrating is that there seemed to be no attempt to look for another way to identify the person. Even if the video quality was not good enough to clearly see the license plate or face, I suggested checking the approximate time of the incident and comparing it with the YMCA's membership check-in records. Members scan their membership when entering the facility. I had seen exactly where the woman went after parking, so it seemed reasonable to at least check whether someone matching the description entered the building around that time. Instead, I felt completely left on my own. I understand that the YMCA cannot be responsible for every incident that happens in its parking lot. I am not expecting the YMCA to pay for my car or to magically identify the driver. But after six years as a member, I expected basic cooperation, communication, and a genuine effort to help when something like this happened on YMCA property. The damage to my car was upsetting, but the lack of assistance and the way the situation was handled was even more disappointing. After six years, this was the final straw for us. We canceled our membership today and also canceled our children's swimming lessons. Very disappointed that after being loyal members for six years, this is how our relationship with the YMCA ends.
