The newer coaches for the team are top rated phenomenal. We have a 12x champion coach Iryna who is very sweet and helps bring out your child's talent. Yes- it's expensive. You can't complain of that as that's That's the nature of the sport. They have given my daughter a love for gymnastics and she excels on the team. This year I see a lot of great changes. Giving this business one star, here is why: We joined GP in a fall 2024,by December my children were invited by coach Irina to hot shots and pre-team respectively based on their age. My girls committed to the practice and gave their best. We committed the money. We usually travel over the summer so after the school is out we were traveling. No one ever from gymnastics plus communicated to us that we MUST train over the summer in pre-team. NEVER. I spoke to the coach Irina on weekly bases asking about progress and next steps. It was said that girls can continue pre-team next year. Time came to sign up for the next year and my children were not admitted under the pretext that they haven't made progress which was FALSE. Coach Irina smiled in my face every week and said that my kids are doing really well. The whole situation is disappointing especially for my girls who worked hard for six month. I do not recommend this place if you have children who are wheeling to commit. All this place sees it is $$$ because their ultimate goal is not to teach but to jam as many kids into expensive programs like their TEAM which is over $1000 a month. read more

My daughter has been a member of this gym for years and they've treated her as one of their own every time she steps foot in there. At the end of the day the goal is to put her in a position to succeed in her craft and put her in the hands of people willing to see that through. That exactly what they've done and continue to do. Great place to get my daughter out of the house! They have a toddler time on Tuesday mornings dedicated to toddlers only and it's great that everyone around is in that age group and not too many older kids. They have different sections and it's huge so a lot of kids can play. I usually coordinate with my mom friends so all our kids can play together and we can catch up and hang out. Price is $10 a class for the toddler time but if you get a punchcard and buy 10 classes in advance it's 7.50 a class (note the prepay 10 classes expire in 3months though). I want to start off with the fact I've been going her for 3 years now. The girls that teach classes are for the most part kind and friendly. However, the management and owners are rude and do not respond when trying to register your kids after being there for several years. Owner doesn't respond or call back. Extremely taken back by how rude! The day registration opened I was in the lobby waiting for my daughters to finish their classes. I asked if I should register asap or could wait until tonight. I was told that I could send an email to register that night, which I did and then I had to send serval follow up's and calls for them to say there's no availability. Their process is outdated and ridiculous. They would not accommodate me in any way after being there for 3 years. I have had 2 birthday parties at this place and one more coming up. I followed their rules and guidelines. I also asked numerous times for the owner to call me back. Never received a call or email back after numerous phone calls, 5 emails and 24 hours later. Was told she was in a meeting every time and would maybe get back to me!! What a joke! You have to take off work to go in and register or spend the day on the phone!!! I am extremely disgusted by the management and how they could treat someone like that! Do not bother to send your kids! Try the other gymnastics places around! Toddler Tuesday is pretty awesome. I brought my kids here to burn off some energy and the humongous gym was great for that. There's a section that has a slide and aimed for small toddlers with toys and beams. Even though there was a variety of ages there, the kids helped themselves with exploring the other parts of the gym, which included a bounce house, trampolines, and mats to play on. There were classes going on for the older kids (5 and up) and they didn't seem to mind the younger ones running around during the session. I can't speak for the classes, but I'm sure they have different ones to choose from whether you're a toddler or adult. The toddler play was enough for me...lol! It was a zoo trying to find the place. I had to call and stay on the phone with the lady to pinpoint it. It's in the Shadowood Shopping Center on Glades and 441 behind Best Buy. There are no signs indicating where to go and it would help a lot for anybody new if they did that. Other than that, it was worth going and having fun for a couple hours. read more

We are here for a birthday party today place is very nice never been here. First time I was impressed of the facility however because it was a birthday party. There's three young ladies animating the party using nice words and they are not very good at their job, they definitely need lessons and a Cousy as him to get the kids attention and plan different things for the kids to do. Recently had our 4 year olds birthday party here and the staff could not have been more on point having our party ready to go and keeping on schedule. Some coaches are terrible instructors (too much talking among one another during kid's classes, also some coaches don't pay attention to kid's progress during sessions). In addition, customer service is terrible. I tried to get private lessons for my daughter and never received a courtesy call from the manager, after calling them 3 times. My 5 year old daughter really learned nothing while attending this school year. The coaches (exception of one that Ive seen) are lazy high schoolers who do not interact, spot or give coaching pointers. The facility is pretty clean. We will be taking her else where to grow as a gymnast. read more

The toddler days are absolutely incredible. Some days the entire gym in open, while others they have a portion closed off just for the toddlers. Without even taking any classes, my two year old daughter can already walk on a balance beam by herself and hold herself up hanging on a bar. She loves bouncing on the trampoline, and there is so much fun things to play with and use. I couldn't think of a better way to spend my time. Talk about hidden fees!! I called to set up a trial class for my daughter a few weeks ago and was told we can either call the day of to see if it's full or come in. So when we figured out a good time for us to go I called and was told it was it was $28! Of the 3 people I had spoke with NOT ONE told me it wasn't a free trial class. Whatever we went anyway... My daughter ended up loving the class so we got a brochure and for beginners it's $175 for 6 classes. Sounds great to me! When it came time to go to her first class and pay the $175, BOOM! I was told there's an administration free of $35! WHAT? Why wasn't I told this during the trial class? Or when I called to schedule her first day of class? I even checked over the phone that it was $175!!! I'm beyond furious! Well the girl at the desk took $10 off, woopdeedo!!! After these classes I'm not coming back. read more

My daughter has been attending GP since she was 4 years old. She has been doing the competitive cheer program and we love it!! Could not be happier with GP! Both of my children adore the instructors, and everyone working there takes an interest in seeing the children develop as athletes and are eager to develop a good report with the entire family, and prioritize the parents as well. GP definitely dersevrs a 5 star rating... I don't know why anybody would bring their kids anywhere else... And while my kids have no experince with cheer, I also see their team working out throughout the week while we are there and just observing those coaches from the sidelines, I would assume the same about them. read more

Did a party here. Staff is really terrible. They tried to give mostly two and three year olds to sit down and listen to rules for over five min. They put a two year old on a zip line not strapped in and made it like no big deal when the child fell. They rolled their eyes and look miserable in every pic I have of my daughters party. They rush you, aren't helpful at all. I would never do another party here (it's much cheaper than twisters and I can see why ). They are literally rushing from one party to the next with no regard of the birthday party being enjoyable for the family. read more

We came from Miami looking for a place for my daughter to experience gymnastics as she had been asking us so much. She was excited and happy when we arrived and even chose her leotard. As soon as it was time to come in, the nerves started to kick in and she felt shy and anxious. As I held space for her, I could see her wanting to try it out but was just too nervous. She asked if we could leave and buy a mat instead to practice at home first. We were about to leave when coach Selena came to us at the door. She made a wonderful effort to connect to her and never got discouraged even when my daughter didn't reply back at first, little by little she started to gain her trust and within 10 minutes she was ticking her and making her laugh. Slowly she guided my daughter to the play area and stayed with her the whole time allowing her to feel comfortable and teaching her some moves. The smile on my daughters face was priceless!! She came back and said "mama you can go, I'll see you later when you pick me up". This is the difference that a real teacher and coach can do vs. someone just working to watch kids to make some money. Absolutely incredible and beautiful work Selena. Thank you!!! read more

The place is dirty. Staff are rude. We attended a birthday party there. A 4-year old girl was hurt and got a cut on her toe while she was playing on the trampoline. The staff there showed no caring. Nobody offered to give a bandage to her until we asked for it. We asked if they have antiseptic to wipe off the blood and clean the wound. The staff looked at us like we were crazy....asking something ridiculous. Fortunately one of the staff, Deena had showed caring and helped us to find what we needed. Lane, who is one of the rudest staff did apologize to that girl's mom after we complained. But that was too late!!!! As soon as the birthday cake was done, the staff brought the goodie bags nearby the exit door and told everyone to follow them to get the goodie bags. Are you guys trying to kick us out!!!! My son was in the 3's program on a weekday morning. He loved the class and was excelling, but ended up getting very sick and missed the last two classes in our session. When he was better I called to schedule make up classes and was told he was "no longer enrolled" (1 day after his scheduled "last day") so no make up classes would be given. I explained that if he had gotten sick at the beginning of our 10 classes, we would have had time to schedule make up classes, but it happened at the end, therefore not allowing enough time. I was told I would have to RE-REGISTER him to get my 2 make up classes. I asked to speak to a manager but was blown off. Poor business practices and VERY RUDE employees!!! Amazing gym to take your children! The coaches and staff are incredible and so kind. We have done gymnastics there and now are doing competitive cheer there and my daughter loves it! She has learned so much in such a short amount of time. They also have parents night out on Friday nights from 7-10 and my daughter begs me to take her every Friday. -10 STARS. DO NOT GO. This is where I trained as a kid for 10 years. I won state championships for this gym and was always on the podium at every meet. All of a sudden the gym removed all of my coaches at once and no wonder nearly my ENTIRE team at the time (around 2013) transferred gyms or quit. I am positive if my parents chose another gym I would have been much better off. Even as a teenager they never let me go back to the gym to reminisce and go to open gym and what not. They wouldn't even allow me to assist as a counselor in training without paying?!?! It is RIDICULOUS that teens have to pay to assist and clean during camp in summer. Now I am in college and I wanted to make a club team at FAU! So of course I called my childhood gym (Huge mistake). The manager never gave me the time of day and the office staff for MONTHS just kept telling me that they would call me back and they never did. I just called them yesterday and the office staff blurts out "Um I thought we told you we couldn't do business with you? I guess we forgot to tell you." FORGOT TO TELL ME?! Keep in mind we had already discussed finances and practice dates and times and all. I instantly started tearing up and I began asking "Do you know any other gym that would be willing...What am I supposed to do with these 20 gymnasts that are so excited.." and she hung up on me like nothing. I just wanted to spread the word to all other parents looking to get their children involved in gymnastics or cheerleading. I have two daughters who started going to gymnastics plus over three years ago, and there is no where else I'll ever go! Both of my daughters started with gymnastics, but became interested in the cheer program. It was amazing to see how much their skills developed, especially after taking private lessons with Coach Sephanie! It is a wonderful establishment, not to mention they offer a safe and fun place for you to drop your children off for a while on Friday night so you can have some fun yourself. A+ read more

I set up my child to go to gymnastics plus. When I picked him up he said the gym teachers were rude to him. He's not that athletic, but those gym teachers treat it like it's fucking competition for top 100 in America. So being the father I am, I looked at this place when my son was doing gymnastics. The teachers were plain horrible to him. Don't even get me started about the fees. Just kept piling up until I knew I needed to find something else for my child to do that's not super expensive. I had my little one in the 2 year old program. Too many kids to a class with only 1 coach! At 2 years old, kids need more attention and coaching! The coaches are young and looking at their phones that they surprisingly have on them instead of paying attention to the children. And if not on their phones, they are spending their time corralling the kids rather than teaching them. The kids don't always get their fair share of turns... Very frustrating to watch! The cheer program is pathetic. Coaches are not certified and have no knowledge on how to coach a cheer team. The staff is not only incompetent, but rude. They will lie to you about their program and what it offers just to take your money. The gym itself is dirty and outdated. The staff is rude and unaccommodating and the place is poorly run. My daughter tried a class that we paid for and was told she could not sign up unless we found another student. I found a student for them just as they asked. They turned both of us away because they would not let the other kid try the class and instead require him to sign up for 3 months without ever trying it!!! They said my daughter cannot repeat the trial (nor can she register) and therefore they wont open a trial for the other child even though she was ready to sign up and the trials for both kids are paid for. Apparently they cannot do their job and sell their class and when someone else does it for them as they requested it to be done, they arent satisfied and provide more hurdles. Frankly the class wasnt that amazing to go through all of the trouble of selling it for them in the first place. Im so disapointed with their lack of professionalism, and willingness to accommodate paying students in accordance with what they were told to do in the first place! Requiring the child to sign up without ever taking a gymnastics class before is merely taking advantage of a prospective client. Horrible management and business practices read more
