Her amount of attention and being there for me was amazing. She goes above and beyond to make sure mom and baby are safe. I had my bad days and she helped me during hectic hormones. If I know anyone who is pregnant in the family, I would just recommend her due to her professionalism and being extremely kind to her patients. If someone wants to have a safe pregnancy, she is the one from God who can protects them dearly. I have 5 beautiful children and they are all perfect because of her pure love during my pregnancy. I've had two pregnancies, both of which have been high risk and overseen by Dr. Kelly. The first was a very difficult pregnancy that had a lot of complications. Dr. Kelly saw me once a week to keep a close eye on my health and helped my husband and I to navigate the most difficult thing we've ever experienced. Dr. Kelly was kind, caring, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgable. I knew I was in good hands and we made it through thanks to her. With my second pregnancy came gestational diabetes (I don't have very good luck, do I?!). I was already considered high risk due to my first pregnancy, so I had been seeing Dr. Kelly prior to my GD diagnosis. The nurse checked in with me weekly to monitor my numbers and was always super helpful and professional. With Dr. Kelly's help, along with the amazing staff and nurse, I made it through and delivered a healthy baby boy. For those who have complained about the time they've spent waiting I will say this: when you see Dr. Kelly she will take the time to sit with you and answer every single question you may have and you'll never feel rushed. Every patient gets that same level of care, so if you're sitting there wondering what's taking so long keep in mind that the patient before you may be going through some very scary and complicated things and may have a million questions. They get them all answered and you'll get your turn, too. She's worth the wait! My experience involves a lot of personal details that I have left out, but you get the point well enough. You won't find a better doctor. Period. I have referred friends to her and will continue to recommend her to anyone I know who needs MFM care. I ended up dropping my daughter off at daycare early so I could make it to an appointment that early. I was not seen by the tech until 9:15am and the first thing she said when I walked in to her exam room is "I don't even start until 9am and have no idea why anyone would book you with me at 8am." 2. I called the nurse to ask about a subchronic hemorrhage that was found in an early ultrasound because Dr. Santiago was on vacation. Left a voicemail. Never heard back. Left a message with the front office who said they would put a post it on the nurse's desk and tell her to call me. Never heard back. 3. I did genetic testing and my results were never posted to the portal. I had to call to ask for the results over the phone. To this day, the results still haven't been posted to the portal. 3. I took my glucose test and was told I would have the results uploaded to the portal within 48 hours. To this day, the results still have not been posted to the portal. I actually had to call 6 times to ask for my results before anyone would give them to me over the phone. 4. I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes, which means you need to check your blood sugar 4 times a day. I called the office to request a prescription for the monitor and was told I needed to speak to the nurse. I called the nurse. No answer. Left a voicemail. Never heard back. Followed up a few days later and the nurse finally picked up. I told her the exact name of the glucose monitor my insurance would cover. Two weeks later, I still didn't have a prescription for the monitor. I emailed the doctor on the portal. Never heard back. Called the front office and was told "some doctors are slower to respond on the portal than others. After a month of basically begging them for a glucose monitor, I gave up and transferred doctors and to has been the BEST decision I have ever made. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Extremely unresponsive.

Excellent Surgery... Abysmal Follow-up…read more I saw Dr. Agolini for a hernia repair and had a great experience. However, 2 years later I returned with severe pain at the surgery site, worried the repair had failed due to a recent pregnancy. That consult was the worst I've ever had. Dr. Agolini was defensive and dismissed my symptoms as "psychosomatic," explaining the term (which I already knew) in a patronizing, mansplaining way. This kind of dismissal of young women in medicine is far too common, and the experience was genuinely traumatizing. I had to push just to get a CT scan referral. While he is highly skilled technically, and had a great bedside manner during the original procedure, he did not treat my follow-up concerns with respect. His ego seemed bruised at my suggestion that the repair might have failed. (By the way, It turned out the pain was NOT in my head, which, again, I already knew. I later received a diagnosis from a different doctor for a separate condition and was treated for it.)
