Well in lightning speed he presses in USD. This includes a bad exchange rate, commission, and a transaction fee to be added on. I told him that I wanted to pay in Lira but he lied and said that it automatically converts to USD. Tourists are targets.

We ended up getting a fish in salt and we were asked to come over to the showcase and choose the fish. We waited for around 20-30 minutes so I recommend getting a starter if you're really hungry. One thing I can say is the results were worth the wait. 3 waiters brought a huge plate on top of which there was a dish encased in a salt container. They carefully broke the salt container and removed the fish meat from it onto a plate. It was delicious, to say the least. Really moist, a bit salty and the souces that came with it were great. Pro tip: don't give cats around there a look! They will come down to your table and stare at you pitifully expecting you to give them some bits of your fish.
