This is now the Hotel Inn Roissy-en-France not the Best Western. There were some issues including…read moreonly one working elevator and being told we couldn't use the stairs to go up to our room or down to the lobby. I find that fairly unsafe in case of emergency situations. Overall, the hotel was in good shape and the rooms were nice. Because it was so far away from city center, and any metro stop, I don't think we will stay here again though.

The bed had a thin mattress though which you could feel not only the (uneven) slats of the frame but corners of the slats. Was listed as a three star hotel. We sat out by the pool one evening and despite being closed continued to bring us drinks as long as we wanted. Breakfast is a Buffett. Better than mid grade US chains like Courtyard or Hampton Inn. But not fancy. Plenty of very good breads, croissant, yogurt and home made granola. Also a hot items area with meats, crepes, waffles, eggs etc. Fresh juices, nectars, cheese and cold cuts. Service was laid back but quick. I would not eat here if I was not staying here but for a nice, casual and laid back breakfast before heading out for work or adventure it's perfect.
