Started going to school for hair here.
The owners like to bully you into everything from the start - I wanted to start in March and had been approved by student loans to begin in March, but because there wasn't any opening left in the school to start at that time the owner tried pressuring me to start at February or April, even though I kept saying I had to discuss it with my husband first.
My first day I was expected to go home and study one of the hardest chapters(146 pages) because the test was the next day - even though the their girls had a week before to study.
The instructors caused me to cry in front of clients more than once, and CLIENTS apologized for how the instructors had treated me.
They expected me to leave every single hands on thing in one month and then just threw me into clients after. I was expected to be able to do a perm on an actual person after a month and a half in school!!
When I didn't act like the other girls - who bullied everyone, who acted stuck up, who acted like they were above everyone - the school did their best to kick me out. I missed two days of school (15 hours) because of doctors appointments and they told me I had missed 15 percent of school overall which is actually 225 hours.
When I decided that I wanted to transfer to another school because of the constant bullying, they tried to trick me into retuning a $2,000.00 kit which was already paid for so they could re fell it and make even more money off me.
