After being without power for 4 days as a result of Hurricane Helene, I decided to have a whole house generator installed. I first engaged with Anderson Power Systems but, after one meeting, they disappeared. So, I thought of H&H since I had seen their vans driving around advertising that they installed and serviced whole house generators. I started engaging with them on 10/3. Today is 12/23 and I still do not have a bid even after multiple attempts to get H&H to provide one. Broken commitments, no-shows for site visits, incomplete information, and complete lack of customer service. I would highly recommend that you reconsider hiring H&H Lifestyles to do your generator installation should you decide to get one. Presently, I am working with a local electrical contractor on this project and, if he turns out to be reliable and affordable, I will update this review with his contact information. My 80 year old mother that lives in assisted living with early stage dementia went to H&H with her caregiver to get a TV for her 800sf apartment. I should also state that she lives on a fixed income and does not have extra money to spend. H&H sold my mother a 70 inch 4k smart TV for $1600.00!!!!! When I asked her where the TV came from she said she didn't know and even remember buying it. In my opinion... H&H is run by LOWLIFE SCUM that TAKES ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY! I purchased a refrigerator from them and it was to be delivered. The delivery date came and I didn't hear from them. Upon contacting them they said that they didn't have a record of my order, even though they charged my credit card $2200.00. Customer service was absolutely rude and argumentative. After investigating they realized they spelled my name wrong and the model I paid for was on back order. They rescheduled for the following week and a few days before I tried to confirm delivery. Again they had no record of my purchase and tried to blame me. I cancelled my order and they could have cared less. I hope this place goes out of buisness. 10 years ago I purchased a condo full of furniture and appliances from H&H. I called them in August about a problem with a mattress. They could not find the order because they have updated their computer system even though they did find my phone number in their system. They told me they had emailed the manufacturer. Never heard another word from them. Finally tracked down the manufacturer myself and they told me they had NOT received an email. I would never purchase from this business again!
