Squareflo designed and developed a client website for us a number of years ago which included a…read morepropriatory CMS. Our dealings with them have been painful from the beginning. At that time they did not deliver the website with the functionality we were told we would have, they were very unresponsive when asked to make changes costing us time and money, the CMS lacked the flexibility we requested. They actually charged us for fixing problems with the site that they had committed to as part of the "annual licensing fee". We were Newbies when we engaged their services and they took advantage of that. But the icing on the cake has been the last 2 invoices they sent us. In order to take ownership of our URL, we were developing a new site not with them, they sent us 2 invoices claiming services that dated back 4 months, refusing to release the URL until these invoices were paid.
