H&H Roofing did the following work on our home in NOV 2014: (1) Removed old roofing shingles. (2) Installed new designer architectural shingles on home. (3) Installed new designer architectural shingles on shed (400 sq ft). H&H Roofing did an outstanding job on our home. Ryan Schaff managed the effort flawlessly. We discussed the various options and costs with him and he was a wealth of information. As part of his outstanding efforts on our behalf he drove us around our local area in northern Spokane so that we could see examples of the various styles and colors of roofing to choose between. H&H went above and beyond when we had some schedule delays with the roof sheeting and they were willing to come out and put Ice & Water Shield and asphalt felt paper on each section of the roof as it was completed, thus protecting the associated areas of the house below from the rainstorms occurring at the time. Further they came out with almost no notice to install roofing penetrations and protective flashing when we discovered the requirement to install Radon ventilation piping. They were very responsive to any of our questions and requests. They were very flexible and coordinated with other building trades when the various efforts caused effort/schedule conflicts. All of their efforts were marked by their friendliness, professionalism, and outstanding attention to detail. More their labor warranty is unmatched. Absolutely relentless spam. I've told these people multiple times to stop contacting me, yet the texts keep coming. It doesn't matter how many times you ask to be removed--they just keep sending more garbage. At this point, it's obvious they have no respect for people's privacy or their requests to be left alone. If someone says stop, STOP. Nobody signed up to be harassed by endless unsolicited messages. Quit spamming people and learn to take "no" for an answer. FUCK OFF read more

H&H did a roof on my house that turned out beautiful. They were on time and did everything they said they would. I noticed some leaking around my chimney and thought it was the roof. They sent one of there guys out to inspect and he told me he thought it was coming in through the chimney itself. He gave me several tubes of sealant and some advice. He was right and they didn't charge me anything for coming out. They have also done roofs for my parents and my sister. I would definitely recommend, they stand behind their work. read more

These guys were great! Paul and Kelley were responsive, nice and considerate. We had a tiny roof leak and needed some maintenance done. For a very reasonable price, they redid our flashing, removed the moss, cleaned the gutters and made our roof look amazing. H&H put a new roof on the home we just purchased. When we moved in, we found loads of debris from the old roof scattered throughout our storage space on the second floor/attic. I called H&H and left a message, asking if they could have someone come clean it up. I never thought anything would actually come of it. To my surprise, Ryan called me back, came over and cleaned everything up himself . He seemed like a really nice, genuine guy and someone that I'd be happy to do business with again in the future. Good Honest Company, I had a small leak in roof and was going to get a new roof. Paul came out to give me an estimate said he could fix the leak at that time. He did a great job fixing it and then told me I didn't need a roof for probably 5 more years. I called 8 companies six of them told me I needed a new roof only this company and one other was honest and told me I didn't need a roof at this time. I have a nineteen 50s addition that had flat roof with a gentle slope. A few years ago, H&H suggested that I should go with a peaked roof, "Water wont pool up on the roof." They did the work and now I have a HUGE mess. They did not put in any sort of vents or allow for any air to move in the space that was created by the new roof trussing. They also did not allow for or address a transition on the roof line from old to new and this winter water has been pouring (literally along our bathroom wall) in. We kept smelling something funky around the vents in the ceiling in the bathroom. So much so that my husband finally crawled into the new trusses and found a ton of mold because of the moisture and heat. He added a fan and we are now trying to dry it out and move the air. The funny thing is that two years ago TWO YEARS ago, we called H&H repeatedly to look at the bathroom drips and nothing was ever done. This company has created chaos and misery in our neighborhood for the past two weeks. Originally we were told they would be done in a week and it is now going on two weeks. They have no regard for neighbors trying to get to their assigned parking and refuse to move their trucks when asked to do so. The owner swore at one of my neighbors when he was asked when they would be finished. We have all suffered from their foul language and from finding debris on our yard. Please do not hire this company, save your hard earned money for a respectful and reputable company. read more

Paul did a good job in installing our gutters and doing some roofing work. He never returns his emails, phone calls or text messages. No idea how we would ever get a hold of him if we ever needed warranty work which worries us if something needs fixing. We were hoping to use him for the rest of our roofing needs and some more gutters but will move on to someone with better communication skills. read more
