He arrived on time and safely cut down and removed a 30-foot-tall tree in the front yard and he and his son cleaned up the lawn, sidewalk, and street. No mess at all left behind. On the second job two weeks later, he came alone, followed my request to trim off the lower branches of four large trees in the back yard. There were a LOT of branches! These would surely be on the lawn in the next ice storm! And just like last time, these branches don't rebound. This was disaster prevention. He hauled away all the branches off the lawn, then raked the entire length of the 63 feet long by 8 feet deep bed underneath the trees! I did NOT expect that kind of cleanup! Our neighbor gave us the name and number for Tree North. Owner Israel was very professional and patient with us during the estimation process. We had a couple family episodes that interrupted us just as we had an estimation appointment. Even so, Israel made it work and we eventually got things estimated and scheduled. Israel gave us a professional clear written estimate for the work, which came in handy during the HOA approval process. Apparently, tree removal is something to be approved.
