Came to troubleshoot my garage door opener issues same day I called. Quickly diagnosed the problem, recommended I buy a new unit, listed options with no pressure to buy from them, all free of charge. I selected a Craftsman unit from Lowes, just like the one I needed to replace and when it came in, they came out the same day and replaced it.
