Communication is horrible with that company. I called a different heating company, and they were so honest and the best. Found out there was nothing wrong. I just needed to be clean. Kinseth was going to charge $800 for the part I didn't need and more money for another part I didn't need. Would have been about $1500 for part that weren't needed. They don't even deserve the 1 star
