I started noticing water spots and the RO system, which had been running continuously, stopped. I called Randy over and over (on both numbers he gave me) and texted both numbers as well repeatedly. I tried to make contact over 8 times. He did not return calls or texts. It's now been over a month since my last attempt. I can only assume that he is not honoring the warranty or interested in servicing the system. I've contacted Culligan; they answered the telephone and showed up the next day. Their review of the system indicated a RO system that is not doing anything to the water and a water softening system that was overusing the salt (I was adding 1.5 bags a month for a household of one person). They adjusted the water softener. I will have to have the RO system replaced. I cannot recommend 21st Century Water. It saddens me but the service is simply not there and it appears by reading other reviews that this is pattern.
