Their communication was very good and it was easy to schedule. Though they got most of my place looking great, the attention to detail in a few spots was lacking. There were several places around the house that I ended up recleaning myself, mainly the kitchen sink, bathtub, and behind the toilet, as well as a few baseboards that were missed. They also forgot to clean the microwave stand, which I had specifically requested they clean. Regardless, the value for the money was good. The amount of extra cleaning time I put in to get my place up to snuff was miniscule compared to how much time it would've taken without their services.

When mistakes were made (it happens, I get it) they took zero accountability and offered zero recourse of compensation. They left us holding the bag several times, including losing our keys and missing cleaning appointments. When we requested they compensate us as we had waived our guests' cleaning fees, they responded with hostility and insults. Use Spitzen cleaning only if you want to pay to be belittled and insulted, and leave you on the hook for their errors.
