I think that's because this Lubbock, Texas, shop inside the South Plains Mall was super busy when we popped in on July 20, 2024, for back-to-school shopping. The workers weren't welcoming. They were busy at the cashier's area or replenishing the uniform sections. I'm not finding the sizes on the hang tags or anything that is easily visible. You have to pull the waist of the pants apart and look at the inside tag. It's nearly impossible to do because the racks are so loaded. Then I go to the clearance area. It's the only part of the store where the clothes are (supposedly) separated by size. Only out of the 15 or so garments there only about a third are in the right place. It doesn't help that not all garments seem to come in all the sizes. So many times I I go through the whole rack and the largest I find is a 24. I've decided to just go to their website.

She finally got them to mail her another phone and told her it would be same day delivery. Now it's 2 days later and there's no phone. Also, the online tracking stopped working and Verizon says they can't do anything about it. Verizon is the least helpful they have ever been to the point where they won't even give us their supervisor and customer service doesn't even want to do the job the signed up for. Don't use Verizon, they literally are so stupid and don't know anything they are doing and will not help you at all.
