I usually do my own taxes via Turbo Tax but this year I decided to try a "professional" tax preparer to ensure I wasn't missing out on any tax benefits and for the convenience of not having to sit at my computer for hours preparing my taxes. As Rachal Harris was preparing my taxes she informed me that my W2 was incorrect and that she could not continue until I got that straightened out. PayChex (My W2 provider) explained why the W2 was indeed correct. I returned to Jackson H on 4/13 to find the office closed with no posted explanation. I returned on 4/19 again closed. I called several times without connecting to anyone. I then had to leave to for a business trip but upon my return on 5/14 I again went to the Airline Dr office. Guess what? Yep. Closed. Note they advertise they are available year round. I went there again today. STILL CLOSED! My state taxes are still not finished or filed. I will have to do them myself. I tried the contact us tab and had a chat with the automated service. I am sure you can imagine how that went. DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!!!
