Here is a REAL example of how they take care of their business: About a week before I was supposed to close on a home purchase, Mitch posted on Facebook that there was a hurricane brewing in the gulf and that anyone in real estate or about to buy a home should go ahead and get their insurance binder since most companies would not write a policy during a hurricane.
