My parents had accounts here for over 20 years. They were elderly and I had to stay helping them…read morewith their banking. A few times they were confused about when their social security went in and overdrew their account. Since there was no online banking I started calling to assure that funds were available before mom paid bills. I have never been treated poorly by someone in a professional setting until this credit union. I had no choice but to call and ask if a few things had cleared every month or so in order to pay their bills(they are retired and living paycheck to paycheck). I put up with it for aver a year and finally decided to move to another bank. Best decision ever. I'm not sure why the employee that I dealt with treated me so poorly. My parents always paid their bills on time and their loans through Peoples Choice like clockwork, never late. Fast forward 3 years later. My daughter used this business to buy her first car. Against my better judgement. She is also being treated like she is stupid. I guess somethings never change. It is really sad that my daughters first experience with an auto loan has turned out this way. Never again.
