I'm giving them a 3 because the advisors are very nice and knowledgeable, but they failed to submit all the online forms necessary and now we're in trouble with the IRS, which I wish on no one ever. Even though we paid on time and filed on time (except for the forms that didn't go), the IRS is now paying "special" attention to us and the problem has now caused them to audit 2019 as well. We paid and filed everything but now it's just this complete nut roll of a headache to prove it. The thing that really chafes my hide -- more than anything else-- is that this office doesn't bother to answer their phone or return messages and even though it's December, their voicemail answering system says that it's currently January (2021), so they haven't changed it in 11 months. Since we've moved since filing, I don't have an extra two hours everyday to drive there and "hope" someone might be in the office. Apparently they want you to do everything online, so after being absolutely exasperated about not receiving a return call after three messages, I went online and realized I can book an office visit that way, which I will do asap. Having this office on Conway is convenient, but with the headaches caused and lack of response and do to a move, we will be moving our business elsewhere. I hope this office does help us through our troubles in the meantime though. There's nothing more frustrating about working all your life and paying taxes on time, in full and yet being mercilessly hunted by the ITS....especially as such a small fish with only HR Block to help defend us. read more

Because of their error my return was delayed. They put in the wrong numbers. When confronted they said that they could fix it but would charge me... For their mistake. I will not be back. read more

THE WORST BUSINESS PRACTICES EVER! Not only did they make a mistake I'm my returns,they are the most inept business I've ever dealt with! The IRS was nicer and easier to deal with than this yahoo company! They took my 2014 returns to go through to fix THEIR mistakes,just getting someone scheduled to drop off my return was near impossible and now 3 weeks later I CANNOT get them to give them back! They claim that they only have Saturday hrs. Fine Saturday will be fine,but now 2 Saturdays in a row I cannot get anyone to answer a phone or acknowledge that they have my paper work that has a dead line with the IRS. I've done everything I could possibly do to get my returns STILL to no avail! RUN don't walk away from HR BLOCK! Terrible business practices! read more

I joined for the high yield account and live out of state so wasn't caring or expecting much. Yet over several years of use, I've been thrilled. Better than any of the other banks/credit unions I've been using in the last few years. It's free to transfer external funds in. $5 to transfer out (free if you pull the ACH from the other bank.) On smaller banks and credit unions, many don't do ACHs yet, and charge if they do. Online set up has been functional and easy to use.
