Nightmares.... That said, Every time I thought there was going to be an argument or a chance that they could have let me down, they surprised me. They rebuilt my house, Paid for EVERYTHING, Paid for me to have EVERYTHING in my home replaced. My adjuster, My claims rep, everyone was super nice.... I had a house fire and to this day I am soooo happy that I chose them as my insurance company. I live 4 hours away from this specific branch, the only reason why I chose them was that a friend had recommended them. To this day, I owe that friend for suggesting a company that saved me from utter devastation. It has been over a year now, the rate has not skyrocketed. Hasn't changed at all. Everything is back to normal. I will never leave this company. Yes, they may be more expensive than some, but if you ever find yourself in my situation, you would not want some other insurance! By them being slow and non responsive, they may end up getting you as their client sued. My son was hit by their client on 7/11. I called the next day after speaking to their client. Cynthia at first seemed to want to help. She took all the information and said she had to talk to her client. I called again on 13th because no one had reached out to us. My son's car is not drivable. Cynthia informed me that she submitted the claim that morning and some one should call within the next few days. We waited and nothing. I called her client again this morning July 20th, letting him know we had not heard anything and it is now going on 2 weeks. This should be an straight case. Their client admitted fault to running into the back of my son's car. The traffic officer gave their client the ticket and their client's statement from that date states he was at fault. Still this agency drags their feet. So my review is just a warning to those clients that end up in an accident, they may end up getting you sued because of their failure to act in a timely manner. I talked to Cynthia again today and she had lots of lies, raised her voice and eventually hung up in my face when I called her out on her lies. So Monday I will have no choice but to reach out to our lawyer because this is getting ridiculous. My son's car is still at the impound lot, no rental car, no analysis of his car. And she expects us to be ok with this. I am not. So think about this before you select this agency. In my opinion they may end up getting you sued due to them being slow and unprofessional. At least that is how I feel about Cynthia Rickett.
