I had absolutely planned on PAYING her, I did just ask what she typically charges considering I have always used turbotax. Apparently she did not like that I have used turbotax and dismissed me IMMEDIATELY telling me no matter what price she tells me I won't use her and so she won't be giving me a price, and told me goodbye. Absolutely floored by her lack of professionalism and I cannot believe anybody would ever suggest using her. Do yourself a favor and stay far away. And Megan- I am a young girl who just moved to Alaska and am very stressed out. Maybe have a little more compassion.

She charged me an obnoxious amount for her services for filling in the blanks on a TurboTax like website the exact way I have filled out in the past! Next year I'm going to take my taxes back into my own hands and do it myself! Totally disappointed!

The people in the bank are nice enough, but this organization is one hot mess. They can't get their…read moreown accounts setup straight. I got fees multiple times because they screwed up how they were coded in their system. Each time I was assured that the accts were properly set up, but then it was a big fail. Their customer service group had the nerve to offer my half of the fees back as a refund for their own internal issues! I have no control over how they code the accounts. Now today, I find my mortgage statement doesn't add up. After a principal payment and a regular payment, my mortgage principal balance is unchanged. The transactions are in the running balance statement, but the end result after a bunch of adjustments in and out was that I have no progress on my balance after two payments. They couldn't explain it and will call Monday to talk to someone. The one business that can outdo the cable company in terribleness.
