January 2025 we stopped here to order business cards and inventory stickers for our new LLC…read morebusiness. The young lady greeted us as soon as we walked in and was very friendly and helpful. We gave her the information we wanted on both our business cards and inventory stickers and paid the $250.00 deposit. She asked us to send a photo of what we wanted for our logo which we did and telling her to have her design team to create something similar. February 26th was my second follow up call asking to see the proofs. The lady on the phone was having trouble finding our order and was very apologetic as she scrolled thru her computer. She finally found our order and said they were waiting on the deposit and my reply was "we paid it the first day we came in". She then proceeded to try and find the deposit and she apologized again after finding it. She then asked me to send the information we wanted on the business cards and I replied "we gave you that information along with a photo to create a logo. She then proceeded to find our information and apologized again after finding it. It was at that point we asked for our deposit back which we received back to our card the next day. We like to shop local and were really looking forward to getting our new business cards. They offer a wide variety of products for printing and their prices seemed to be reasonable.

Then the teller said over the speaker... "We'll be right with you". She then assisted a customer at the counter and then after more waiting.... another person got on the speaker and said "Someone will be with you in a moment". The teller finally started working on my transaction... and for some reason started to help someone operate the bill counting machine. More wait....
