Charles Massie created a fiduciary relationship with my sister and me (beneficiaries of my mother's trust) when he provided tax advice to us and represented to us what our K-1 tax liabilities would be. Now, with taxes due, he has changed his tax advice and representations regarding the K-1, resulting in a considerable tax liability to my sister and me. Furthermore, he now refuses to speak or communicate with either of us in any way. I would not recommend this firm.
