Well, my in-laws always know the best people including accountants, attorneys, tax preparers, physicians, etc... Three years ago they referred us to Rusty's Tax Service after we had a terrible experience with a different service. Mary Thompson prepares our taxes each year and although she sees us once a year, she remembers our names, faces, and details from previous conversations! It's kind of amazing!! She prepares our taxes efficiently and each year we are in and out within 20 minutes. The service is exceptional. From a competency prospective, I could not be more pleased. During our first interaction, she helped us revise our taxes and reduced our amount owed by more than $1,000. Our questions are always answered and advice is always available.
