So pretty much they let their employees get to pick and choose who they get to work with. I was hired on with 2 other guys one being black and they got rid of him within the first 2 days. Because I expressed my opinion about a couple of things they were doing illegally I guess they decided to let me go. The operations manager is never there and the office manager listens to everything her son tells her about everyone and makes her decision from there. The place is twisted as all get out and unless your old grumpy and on menopause, you don't FIT IN! They are very unprofessional and very unethical.
