I called this office and made an appointment with Russ to discuss the letter. I went to the office at the appointment time and he was not there. I was told that he just left. I was also told that someone had cancelled my appointment. The office wanted me to reschedule the appointment. I told the office I would deal with whatever agent is available. Suzanne was the agent I ended up giving the IRS letter to. She was lost. I paid extra in my tax fees for the piece of mind program. She acted like she could not find where I purchased the piece of mind. She was looking into the computer stating that she could not find it. I showed her the paper I had that verified I purchased the piece of mind. To make a long story short I had to go to a different H & R Block to get my taxes fixed. The other office had to amend my 2013 taxes twice.
