The staff did not appropriately document my email, I called at the time of my scheduled appointment but was rescheduled because the accountant was unavailable and double booked. Not only were they unable to properly document proper contact information but they didn't even schedule the appointment. I rescheduled the appointment for two days later, received confirmation, and then the morning of the appointment it was canceled. I will be seeking services elsewhere.
