To be fair, he was professional initially and would respond to our questions more promptly. However all of the sudden he started being very short and extremely rude if we asked a question about something relating to our taxes especially when we entrusted him with our personal taxes as well as and business' payroll and taxes. Sarmad messed up the Business' taxes one year so badly we are still getting letters from the IRS, and to date we've had to pay a lot of money to the IRS. Just a week ago my husband mailed the IRS a check because he didn't file the taxes correctly. We've moved to a different CPA. I DO NOT recommend him at all. He is rude, arrogant and he does NOT want to be questioned even when you have every right to. He doesn't do well when held accountable. He is just very unreliable!

I no longer will reccommend Liberty Tax to friends; in fact, I'll advise everyone to NOT go here. I had my initial appointment on March 5th. I was promised that my taxes would be done and ready for pick up in "a few days." After a week of no response, I called and was told it would be "just a few more days." Another week passed, and I called again. I was told that someone would call me back. NO one did. The following week I called and demanded to speak with someone. The person I spoke with said that my file had been transferred to him and that he had left me messages and never heard back from me. We confirmed my phone number. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY COMMUNICATION FROM THEM. He then asked me to schedule a time to come back into the office AGAIN to review my taxes. And then reminded me that they are very busy because April 15th is almost here. This experience has been downright frustrating, terrible and unprofessional. I am now looking for a new CPA.
